I always love the “about me” page on websites like this because they’re written in the third person …even though they’re typically written by the the owner of the site.


So after Greg made several attempts to sound smarter than he really is by writing about himself in the third person, he quickly abandoned that approach and decided to write this page like it was a letter to a friend.


Which …in many ways, it is.


Anyway – what do you want to know?


I'm a fitness science nerd and kind of a self proclaimed momma's boy


I live in Hemet, California.


I really love cheese, mushrooms, and olives.


I’m guessing that’s not the kind of stuff you’re looking for.


You’re probably wondering,


Is This Guy Worth My Time And Attention?


For many readers, my answer is NO.



Here's why:

I cannot help you if you're looking for a magic pill solution to all your problems.

I can help you get in shape really fast but if you're not prepared 

prepared to commit to roughly ten times more effort than you’re expecting, then I can't be your coach.

If you don't want to escape from the mainstream fitness and health dogma and don't want to be exposed to the truth, then you're not going to like my stuff.


Here’s why I’m telling you this.


Just start going down the “how to lose fat” rabbit hole, and you’ll see all kinds of ads and articles about fat loss,  different cardio routines, random workout challenges,  new exercise movements,  supplements,  and all kinds of hype on the “latest trends” for “getting in shape”.


Does some of it work?


Probably. In the short term.  But if you rely on that, you don’t have a sustainable fitness lifestyle. Your fitness is supported by an unsustainable gimmick.


And that is a waste of time. If you want to waste time go see a boring movie. It’s more fun.

If you're looking for the easy way. I don't want to help you. 

It’s important you understand what I’m telling you.


I can help you, I just won’t. I’m capable of it, but I refuse to do it.


Why?


Because when I hear someone say, “What’s the easiest way”, what I’m really hearing is, “I’m not fully invested in the long term success of my fitness and health …and am therefore not fully invested in the long term quality of my overall life”


And that really translates to “I don’t want to work”.


Look, get in amazing shape is HARD WORK. yes, when you're already there, it can be just like you imagined: never stressing about how to diet or exercise ever again. 


But that takes HARD WORK to create and it takes HARD WORK to maintain.

I mean c’mon – I’m a “online fitness and health coach”. I  make a living by selling my services. I will try to sell you it and I won’t be subtle about it.


However – it’s always preceded by really valuable strategies and tactics you can use immediately.


That’s free.


The idea is you’ll say, “Wow, this free stuff really helped me. I think I’ll try the paid stuff.”


Pretty simple, right?

How Do I Know If You're Stuff Is Any Good?


Well, the smartest thing to do is to just get some of my free guides

But I think I’m supposed to do the whole “biography” thing now so here goes:


I started my fitness journey 8 years ago as a chubby kid who wanted to get in shape and yet  I subscribed to over-hyped fitness magazines and  spent hours sifting through conflicting information on fitness websites and online forums…


I spent a ton of cash experimenting with different supplements and gimmicky “miracle programs”…


And yet despite all my hard work, the progress I made was only ever mediocre at best.


Frustrated by the lack of results, I knew there had to be a better way and decided to stop putting my trust in all the run-of-the-mill “mainstream” advice being offered by every basic trainer around.


Advice that never seemed to be backed by any real evidence or sound reasoning in the first place.


I knew that, like anything else, there must be a science to building muscle and burning fat.


So, I tossed out the fitness magazines and shifted my attention to research papers and exercise journals instead…


I put my focus on the study of bio-mechanics, sports nutrition and supplement research…


I consulted with some of the top experts in the field to gain as much insight as I possibly could…


Until I was able to map out first-hand the legitimate, science-based methods behind achieving real muscle growth, fat loss and strength gains in the most effective way.


The surprising thing I discovered was just how misleading and downright inaccurate the vast majority of fitness information being offered online these days really is, and how most trainees, especially women are being led down the completely wrong path toward their goals.


The simple reality is this…


Losing fat, building lean muscle and achieving your dream body does NOT need to be complicated.


It doesn’t require you to revolve your entire life around your training and diet (yes, you can have a social life, eat your favorite foods and have other hobbies outside of the gym while still getting into your best shape ever), and it doesn’t require you to spend a ton of money on supplements, doing cardio,  spending hours in the gym, other fads and gimmicks that you don’t really need.


It requires hard work, discipline and consistency, yes, but the process itself is far from rocket-science despite how unnecessarily over-complicated all the “experts” out there try to make it.


By simply employing the new methods I had learned along with some dedicated work in the gym (and kitchen), not only was I able to dramatically transform my own body from a weak chubby 165 pounds to a strong, ripped and healthy 155 in 2.5 months. 


And because of this transformation, one of the nurses where I worked at noticed my transformation and paid me to help her get results. And that was the start of me of being a fitness coach for helping busy moms.


Fast forward to today and I’ve helped most every type of busy mom there is.
